STAFFING AND RECRUITMENT

Communication Support Workers

Our Communication Support Workers hold a minimum level 3 qualification in British Sign Language. Our professionals are experienced in their field and hold a variety of additional qualifications such as A Levels in English, Psychology and Graphic Design and Degrees in Deaf Studies, Foreign Languages, History and the Arts. Our workforce is as diverse as the curriculum so you will always be in good hands.

INTERPRETERS

Whether required in the classroom, at work or in the community the Interpreters we work with honour our values and will provide a trusted service.

Interpreters are NRCPD registered.

NOTETAKERS

Holding an OCN qualification or a wealth of experience our electronic and manual notetakers are ready when you are. Available for lectures, meetings, conferences and more.

TRAINING

Deaf Awareness

Deaf Awareness training is a must-have on any diversity and inclusion agenda. Training can be tailored to the needs of the business by combining short lectures and interactive workshops to raise awareness.

DEAF INCLUSION

Differentiating work within the classroom can be challenging at the best of times. Deaf Inclusion training will support teachers in making the curriculum more accessible to Deaf and Hearing Impaired learners.

BSL TASTER SESSION

Delivered by a native BSL user this session is perfect for those who are inquisitive about Sign Language or interested in the British Sign Language level 1 qualification.

CONSULTATION

Discover ways to support Deaf students in transitioning from mandatory Education to Further Education and beyond. 

Invest in building and strengthening your team. Develop and implement strategies to equip your staff in making the curriculum more accessible to Deaf learners. 

Lead in finding ways to enhance the Deaf learner experience.
